  • Wind farms

EVP can be either purchased on a stand alone basis or as part of our household building covers. An adapted version of the cover is aso available for the buy to let market.


Household Building and Contents:

We have facilities to place household building and contents insurance in either the company or Lloyds of London markets. Apart from providing full accidental damage cover,we are able to include surveys and a claims support service at no extra cost.


Payment Protection:

We can arrange mortgage and loan payment protection (accident,sickness and unemployment) insurance with an A rated London insurer at competitive rates.


HIP Warranty:

The HIP warranty scheme provides sellers of property with the cost of their HIP or the provision of a new HIP in the event of  their property not being sold within a specified period of time.


Tracker and SVR Mortgage Capper:    

This cover is available to owner occupiers, buy to let and commercial clients who wish to cap their mortgage payments at their present levels for a period of time.



We are able to organise a low premium return to invoice or agreed value insurance in the event of clients motor vehicles suffering total loss accidents.



We can arrange various levels of cover, at competitive prices, for clients dogs, cats and/or rabbits.


Property Owners and Commercial:

We are able to arrange individual policies or bespoke schemes for property owners or commercial clients, including EVP for property owners, and surveys, business continuity planning and a claim support service, where required.
